FBI Job Opening
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The FBI had an opening for an Assassin
After all the background checks, interviews andtesting were done, there were 3 finalists; two men and a woman. For the final test, the FBI agents took one of the men to a large metal door and handed him a gun. "We must know that you will follow your instructions no matter what the circumstances. Inside the room you will find your wife sitting in a chair . Kill her!!" The man said, "You can't be serious. I could never shoot my wife." The agent said, "Then you're not the right man for this job. Take your wife and go home.
"The second man was given the same instructions. Hetook the gun and went into the room. All was quiet for about 5 minutes. The man came out with tears in his eyes, "I tried, but I can't kill my wife." The agent said, "You don't have what it takes. Take your wife home."
Finally, it was the woman's turn. She was given the same instructions, to kill her husband. She took the gun and went into the room. Shots were heard, one after another. They heard screaming, crashing, banging on the walls. After a few minutes, all was quiet. The door opened slowly and there stood the woman, wiping the sweat from her brow. "This gun is loaded with blanks" she said. "I had to beat him to death with the chair."

My Husband....

A Valentines Day Gift
23 years ago today I got the best Valentines Day gift a woman could ever want or ask for. It didn't come in a box, I couldn't wear it nor could I eat it. I couldn't place it in the middle of my desk to show it off for everyone to see. This was a gift much more meaningful then that. It was the birth of our daughter. The very last one we would ever have.
She was so tiny that little girl. With little wrinkled fingers and little wrinkled toes and a head full of black hair like a little Indian baby! Where all that hair came from I haven't a clue! One look at her and she stole my heart! This beautiful, pure, innocent blessing from above and she was given to me. To us. The best Valentines Day gift I could ever in my entire life ask for.
She turned out to be a beautiful woman that little girl. So very brave, strong and always knowing what she wants and working like hell to make her wishes and dreams come true. What I love most about her is that she marches to the beat of her very own drummer. Unique. One of a kind. Precious. Not only to us but to all the people that know her and all the lives that she has touched along the way.
Holly this Valentines Day wish is for you. Thank you for all the love and happiness you have given us. And how can we ever forget, Happy 23rd. Birthday sweetheart! We love and miss you more then you will ever know!
Love Mom and Dad!

Valentines Day Projects
Here are some valentines day cards I made for my scrapping friends! Kind of plain jane but also very pretty and feminine.
I ran out of supplies and needed more cards so I had to resort to scraps I ahd on hand and finished with making these. Not too happy with these but....
This is from the dollar spot at Target. It's a little mailbox that I altered for a Valentine Day mailbox decorating contest for our scrapping club. I won't know how good a job I did until the end of the month so keep your fingers crossed for me! lol
And last is this box filled with all kinds of Valentines Day goodies! This goes to one of my scrapping friends thats name was picked for a cupid exchange in our scrapping club! Think she'll like what I sent her?
That's all for right now. It's almost one o'clock in the afternoon and I'm still in my jammies (does that surprise anyone? lol) so I have to get my butt up and in gear. I have no clue as to what I am doing today, only to give the dogs a bath.
Y'all have a wonderful and safe weekend and thanks for coming and reading!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
We are celebrating our little girls birthday today! She turned 10 today (70 in doggie years but we don't talk about that!) and so we had a small little party for her complete with party hats, treats and gifts! As she was playing with her new toys I was watching her and was overwhelmed with such love for her. I stopped and quietly said a little prayer thanking God for bringing her in this world for me. I really don't know what I would do without her in it.
Happy Birthday Honey! Mama loves you!!!
